How long does furnishing take?
Most apartments are designed, sourced and installed within two to three weeks of quote approval, with installation and styling typically completed in a single day.
What’s the difference between Standard and Premium?
Both are complete, guest-ready fit-outs with every inclusion listed above. Premium steps up to designer furniture, upgraded fabrics and finishes, and richer styling, suited to harbourfront, beachfront and luxury properties where the nightly rate justifies the investment.
Can you work with furniture I already own?
Yes. We offer partial packages that fill the gaps around pieces worth keeping, and we’ll advise honestly on what helps or hurts your nightly rate.
Do I own the furniture?
Yes. Everything we purchase for your apartment is yours. This is a furnishing service, not furniture hire.
Can you manage the apartment afterwards?
Absolutely. Most owners combine furnishing with our management service so the same team takes the apartment straight from styling to its first guests.
